Move over Beer Fest! October is now the month of wine festivals. Franschhoek Uncorked turned out to be a huge success, despite some bad weather. Robertson tried to take it slow on the river, but got flooded by people. Breedekloof went outdoors to accommodate the crowds . The Helderberg Festival sold 4000 tickets in the first 2 hours of the festival and received more than double the amount of visitors than the previous year.
